Are you a volunteer able to provide valuable user research to ACAS (the Advisory Conciliation and Arbitration Service)?
Volunteers will be asked to read through guidance that ACAS have created around Coronavirus and mental health and asked for their views on the advice. The user researcher will ask them how they would respond to certain scenarios using the advice and whether the advice would be helpful.
The interview will be held remotely using video conferencing software (Lookback) so interested volunteers can join a session using the Google Chrome browser. Before the session joining instructions will be sent via email. Participants do not need to have been directly impacted by coronavirus to be invited to the study as this guidance is for everyone but we are particularly keen to speak to employees, employers, and small and medium sized business owners.
If you are able to spare an hour of your time to participate please complete this form.
If you have any questions at all, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. The user research sessions will take place early-mid June. Please note they may not be able to involve everybody that responds in this round of research but you can give them permission on the form to be involved in the future.
