Getting ready for the census on March 21

Households have started to receive a letter containing their unique access code so that individuals can complete the census questionnaire online.  For some people, depending on their circumstances, they may require additional support to complete the questionnaire.  There are support centres available that can help either on a face to face basis or remotely by telephone.  An appointment can be made by contacting the centre directly using the dedicated support line number.  Appropriate guidelines will be in place in line with government Covid restrictions.  The support centre will call the person back so they do not incur telephone costs.

If anyone turns up to any of the support centres without an appointment they will not be seen.
