Although Census Day was last Sunday, 21st March, there is still plenty of time to complete your census if you forgot or didn’t get round to it.
You can still use the access code that was in the letter ONS sent you a week or so ago. If you have lost the letter, you can get a new access code from the Census website or, if you do not have digital access or would prefer to respond on a paper form, you can request one from the call centre.
If you still have the access code letter, you can order a paper form via the free phone number 0800 876 6276 which is an automated system and requires the ten digit reference number that you will find at the top of the letter on the right hand side.
If you didn’t get or no longer have the letter, you can still ask for a paper copy using the main free phone number 0800 141 2021. You can also access the telephone capture option on this number – that is where you can dictate your answers to a census worker.
If you need help in a language other than English, you can access it using the free phone number 0800 587 2021.
Alternatively, there are census support centres locally at Sydenham and Crofton Park Libraries where you can book an appointment for face to face help on 07930 857 266.
These will continue working until 7th May this year.
