The Resilience and Recovery Loan Fund. The Resilience and Recovery Loan Fund is a £25m emergency loan fund which will provide repayable finance to charities and social enterprises directly affected by the current crisis. The Fund offers loans of £100k-£500k, a loan term of a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years, is interest-free and fee-free for the first 12 months.  Learn more about the fund
