Diamond Clusters

Aims to be innovative and resilient by offering 1-1 doorstep visiting for older isolated people, connecting groups of 4 people through doorstep and garden socially distancing events and meeting indoors when safe. The doorstep delivery of the project is about volunteers interacting with the older person, chatting and enquiring about needs but also bringing fun such as exercise, social, quiz, games.
