Community Connections Lewisham‘s phoneline support will be closed over the Easter Bank Holiday period. They are normally accessible via 0330 058 3464, from Mon-Fri 9.30am-4pm.
Advice Lewisham offer a freephone Advice Line 0800 231 5453 to support residents with enquiries about benefits, housing, debt, employment, immigration, family and a range of consumer issues. They are open on Thursday 1st of April 9.30-4pm, closed Friday 2nd of April, Monday 5th, Tuesday 6th of April and re-open Wednesday 7th of April.

Athena Lewisham provides confidential, non-judgmental support to those living in the London Borough of Lewisham who are experiencing gender-based violence. It can be used by:

Downham Gleaning Pantry – Wednesday 31st, Thursday 1st, Good Friday 2nd
Brook Lane Community Church, 27-29 Brook Lane, Bromley BR1 4PX. Open Wed 5-7pm, Thurs 9-2pm Fri 9-2pm. Social Pantry for people on low incomes and those affected financially by the impact of Coronavirus in Downham. Residents pay a membership fee of £3.50 a week to choose from a variety of food. Evelyn Community Store – Thursday 2nd April
Evelyn Community Centre, Kingfisher Square SE8 5TW. Open Thursday 2nd 2 – 5pm for free surplus food to local residents.
Feed the Hill – food delivery boxes and social supermarket
Deliver food boxes to local housebound people in SE4 and SE14. Boxes are delivered for free to those self-isolating or experiencing food poverty. Text: 07748 713 212, by the end of Saturday for next week. Boxes are nutritionally balanced and dietary needs catered for. Also run a small “social supermarket” for people on low incomes who may benefit from spending less on their weekly shop Wednesday 10-12pm. They offer a weekly shop for £2. Running as usual
