Charity Lewisham Local and the LGBQT+ Lewisham Network are working on a Trust Fundraising Conference on 14th Oct. We’ll be inviting lots of local charities and other good causes along so that they can learn how to fundraise. We are looking for a caterer to provide light lunch for 100 people delivered and laid at St Lukes Downham on 14th Oct (time TBC).
Could be a patty/pasty
Please include the costs for plates and napkins.
Food needs to be mainly veggie and vegan with the option to have some meat options.
Please let us know if you can offer a gluten free option or not.
We have a member of staff who cannot eat nuts – please let us know if you are able to cater for this or not.
In your quote please state if you are a Lewisham organisation, a sentence on if you help the community and your food hygiene rating.

I do not have a set budget- I have to put a proposal to my managers, but I know that £1,000 is higher than is possible.
