Fundraising Plus (FR+) Request for Expressions of Interest
Fundraising Plus (FR+) is a program offering one-on-one
fundraising support to Lewisham CICs, CIOs and charities, with a focus on Black
and Disability groups. We’re seeking proposals from external trainers to
deliver specialised training sessions on topics identified by FR+ participants
(see Appendix 1).
Proposal Requirements:
One-page maximum (A4): Clearly address all points below.

Need: Explain the need for your proposed training, demonstrating your understanding of local challenges and opportunities (the Appendix is likely to be useful here – available on request).

Expertise: Highlight your organisation’s qualifications/quality marks etc and why you are the best fit for this role.

Local Connection: Describe your organisation’s involvement in or contribution to the Lewisham community.

Costs

Logistics: Specify whether your training would be online or in-person, and preferred timeframe (daytime/evening).

Duration: Indicate the length of the session(s).

Additional Topics: While Appendix 1 lists participant-suggested topics, we welcome proposals on other relevant fundraising areas. Be sure to justify the need and relevance of your proposed topic.
Selection Criteria:
Proposals will be evaluated based on:
Relevance to Lewisham groups’ stated and observed needs
Wider support that you have/will give to Lewisham groups
Value for money
Ability to offer expertise beyond what Karen Jefferys, the Fundraising Development Manager can provide herself

back to you in the two weeks after that.
